QuickBooks to NACHA ACH File
Export payment data from QuickBooks, upload the spreadsheet here, and generate a CCD or PPD ACH credit file without sending bank data to a server.
How to export from QuickBooks
- Open the report or list that contains the payments you need to export.
- Export to Excel or CSV. QuickBooks Online commonly uses Reports → Export to Excel.
- Open the file and confirm routing numbers and account numbers are text, not numbers.
- Remove totals rows, blank lines, and header rows that are not payment data.
- Upload the file in the generator and review the suggested column mapping.
Column mapping preset
The generator recognizes common QuickBooks export headers and suggests column mapping automatically. Match your export to these importer fields:

| Routing number / Bank routing | Routing number |
| Account number / Bank account | Account number |
| Account type / Checking or Savings | Account type |
