Acceptable use
Use the service only for payments you are authorized to originate. You may not use it for fraud, unauthorized debits or credits, evasion of banking controls, abuse of access limits, or violation of law or network rules.
Authorization is yours to hold
Every entry in a file you generate must be backed by authorization you already have from the receiver — an employment agreement, a signed vendor form, or whatever your bank and Nacha rules require for the entry class you are sending. The generator writes records; it does not verify that anyone agreed to them.
Prohibited
- Originating entries for accounts you do not have permission to credit.
- Impersonating another originator, or using company identification values that are not yours.
- Testing stolen, scraped, or purchased routing and account numbers.
- Working around export limits with duplicate accounts or automated access.
Enforcement
We may suspend accounts used this way. Because payment data stays in your browser and never reaches our servers, we cannot inspect your files — enforcement is based on account behavior alone. See the terms of service for the full agreement and security for how data is handled.
