ACH File Generator for Excel and CSV
Import your payment spreadsheet, map the columns, validate the data, and download a CCD or PPD ACH credit file.
Routing numbers, account numbers, CSV/XLSX contents, and generated ACH files stay in your browser. They are not uploaded or stored.
1. Import payment data
Choose a CSV/XLSX file or paste rows copied from a spreadsheet. The first row must contain column names. Data is read only in this browser. In Excel, format routing and account number columns as Text to preserve leading zeros. For recurring rosters, leave the amount blank to mark a recipient as unpaid in this run; the app will show every skipped row for confirmation.
Or enter payments manually
3. Confirm bank compatibility
ACH file upload is not included with every business bank account. Ask your bank whether your account can upload NACHA files and request its current ACH file instructions before entering configuration values.
How it works
- Import CSV/XLSX data or paste rows from a spreadsheet.
- Confirm bank upload support and enter bank-provided values.
- Review mapping, skipped unpaid rows, and validation results.
- Purchase an export and upload the downloaded file to your bank.
Supported in this version
ACH credits, CCD vendor payments, PPD payroll/direct deposits, zero-dollar credit prenotes, unbalanced files, one optional addenda record per live entry, and local remittance CSV reports.
Balanced files, debits, WEB, TEL, CTX, IAT, and direct bank transmission are not supported.

Does the app send my ACH file to a server?
No. Financial source data and generated files stay in the browser.
Will every bank accept the generated file?
Banks can require specific header values and tests. Confirm the configuration with your bank and complete its test process.
Is this a payment processor?
No. It creates a file for manual upload and does not transmit or move money.
