Useful things to include: what you were trying to generate, the entry class (CCD or PPD), and the exact error text. Never send payment files, routing numbers, account numbers, or banking credentials — we cannot act on them, and we do not want them.

Before you write

Bank rejection messages are usually a format question rather than a support one. The ACH file validator reports line-level errors, totals, and entry hash mismatches, and the ACH file format guide explains what each field position holds. Header values, cutoff times, and test procedures come from your own bank, not from us — see the format disclaimer.

Account data requests

Email the same address from your account address to request access to, or deletion of, server-side account data. What we store is listed in the privacy policy.
